This is the status page for the as-of-yet untitled irr. app. (ext.) collaborative project!
As a tribute to the inspiration provided by the thrillingly diverse variety of musicians and sound artists I've had the privilege to meet over the years, at the beginning of 2005,
I decided to initiate an extensive collaborative undertaking which would involve many of (and be restricted to) those creative people with whom I have interacted in person.
The premise for this project has been made as straightforward as possible: each participant has simply been asked to provide some audio sources of their own
choosing, which I will then embellish and/or manipulate into a finished piece. In order to keep myself focused on moving this work forward (and to help me keep track of
submissions), I've decided to establish an ongoing 'progress report' on this page, to be updated monthly.
Enough material has now been provided for me to be certain that at least one full-length disc will be possible, and new submissions continue to arrive at irregular
intervals.
